Dr. Saad made innovations to the endoscope as one of his inventions. Doctors use an endoscope during common medical procedures or during a surgery to see inside the human body. This instrument allows the doctor to get a view without having to use an x-ray or an MRI for a body scan.
One problem that many doctors have experienced while using a common endoscope over the years is that the fluid in the human body can build-up and cause the endoscope to fog up, thus obstructing the doctor’s view.

Another medical tool that Dr. Saad felt needed improvement was a catheter. A catheter is a tube that a doctor can use during typical medical procedures and surgeries.
The device gives a doctor access to their medical instruments during a surgery and can be used to draw out fluids or gases. Traditional catheters needed to be located by a doctor with a body scan and this was typically done with an x-ray.
An occasional x-ray is fine for a patient but if they undergo way too many x-rays, they could be at risk for cancer because of the overexposure to radiation. An MRI was another option a doctor could take, but an MRI machine is not transportable and is a poor choice to use if the patient is experiencing a medical emergency in which the doctor does not have the time to perform a body scam.
