The depth of his experience with the brand encompasses nearly 15 years in digital strategy and marketing. Throughout his career, Dan Bethelmy-Rada has been a steadfast proponent of diversity in the workplace. As a champion of continued education, he has been instrumental in training candidates who have snagged top marketing positions.
Bethelmy-Rada is known throughout the company for his inspirational leadership style and keen ability to motivate teams in order to maximize marketing outcomes. Dan Bethelmy-Rada has traveled around the globe, living in the United States and Paris at different times in his life. He believes his international exposure is one of the reasons he embraces beauty in many forms. As a passionate photographer, Bethelmy-Rada seeks to find beauty in all subjects and places.
As a teenager, Dan Bethelmy-Rada was a participant in an AFS-USA program, which cultivated a passion for international relations. He also studied International Business at Sorbonne University in Paris and started his career with L’Oreal upon completion of an MBA at ESSEC Business School. Immediately upon joining the company, Bethelmy-Rada leveraged his academic studies to add value to the brand and honed his skills to support key marketing and advertising initiatives.
Dan Bethelmy-Rada is accustomed to wearing many hats as a leader. His role at L’Oreal is expansive and his daily responsibilities can involve developing growth strategies, products, social media platforms, and everything in between. He enjoys championing the company vision, working in a collaborative environment and engaging with clients to advance projects.
